Digit is a bipedal tote-handling robot that Agility rents to businesses; it has moved more than 100,000 totes at a GXO site in Georgia under an agreement running since June 2024. Agility says it has commitments at nine customer sites, including Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, Schaeffler and Mercado Libre, and more than US$300 million in multi-year Digit 5 orders (contingent on milestones). Revenue is small (US$1.8 million net sales in 2025), and the company is going public via SPAC.

Our verdict

The most commercially mature Western humanoid in terms of paid, repeat logistics work, but scale is still tiny in revenue terms and the next-generation Digit 5 is not in customers' hands until 2027.
