Reflex Robotics wheeled humanoid
Wheeled, teleoperated-first humanoid for warehouse tote moving, piloted with GXO.
Reflex builds a legless wheeled humanoid with two arms that is operated by remote humans first and gradually automated, targeting tote handling in warehouses and factories. GXO announced a robots-as-a-service pilot in September 2024, and Reflex took part in GXO's multi-vendor humanoid trials in 2025. In February 2026 the company announced a factory in Nuevo Leon, Mexico; no 2026 customer deployment is documented.
Our verdict
A pragmatic design with one named logistics pilot, but little verified progress since; treat the Mexico factory as a plan.
