The G1 is a wheeled mobile manipulator with a humanoid torso and two arms (about 173 cm tall), used mainly in retail and pharmacy picking and in warehouse tasks in China. Documented uses include a Beijing drugstore (March 2026), Xuanwu Hospital in Beijing, and an autonomous retail format called Galbot Store. It is not sold with a public price, but a Japanese firm, abc Inc., bought one unit in June 2026.
Our verdict
A pragmatic, wheeled retail-and-logistics robot with real operating sites in China; judge it as a mobile manipulator, not a walking humanoid.
